Grandma’s roasted tea

Raw materials:

Apples 2 kg
Sugar 600 g
Citron 2 pcs
Cinnamon – ground with 2 spoons
Cloves 6 pcs
Rum 3 spoons

Procedure:

First, we clean the cleaned fruit and cut into small slices. We’ll do the same with lemon, of course, bark-free. Put into a deep plate, sprinkle with sugar and spices. Mix everything thoroughly and put it in the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 170 ° C. After removing it from the oven, add the rum and fill it in glasses with a screw cap. Turn and let cool.
