Fried potatoes with cheese

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes
3/4 l of milk
2 eggs
salt
grinded pepper
nutmeg
40g butter
10 tablespoons of grated cheese

Procedure:

Rip the raw potatoes over the thin slices, stir with the eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put on the fried pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, pour milk and butter with butter. Bake in a gentle oven for 35-40 minutes.
