Caramel cocktail


40g of sugar
2 spoonfuls of dried milk Eligo instant
1 yolk
vanilla sugar


Place 30 grams of sugar on a pan and, while stirring, prepare golden-brown caramel. Immediately pour it with one deciliter of water, add the remaining sugar and boil briefly until a little thickens. Add the milk Eligo, yolk, vanilla sugar, caramel and two deciliters of water to the blender and beat for about two minutes. Immediately we serve.
