Dough slurry is an unpretentious and very tasty meal that can be prepared in less than 20 minutes. In addition to easy preparation, it can reward the slurry with great flavor, low price and a wide range of vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Raw materials:

• 50-100 grams of dough

• Milk

• Water

• 2-3 tablespoons of sugar

• Cinnamon stick

• Fruit according to taste

• 3 tablespoons of butter


First place the mache in a pot and rinse it with water three times to remove any impurities, then pour the water. At this stage, you can choose whether to cook in the water or in milk, both variants have a great taste.

Pour the slurry with water so that it is in the pot approximately 2-3 times more than the pitchers themselves. Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter to the water. Turn the cooker on and put the mist on boiling. Boil them for about 15 minutes until they are soft. Do not forget to stir occasionally, the millet is dense and easily burns on the bottom of the pot. When the muesli are ready, serve them on the shallow plates according to the portions.

This is a rich and low-calorie meal. After serving, decorate the slurry, the excellent option is sprinkling with cinnamon, cocoa or sugar, and fruit decoration.

3. Sugar can also be added during cooking itself. If the recipe is really dietary, cook only the water in the water and add the cinnamon and fruit to the end of the slice. The slurry is ready to eat.
