Fried mushrooms

Ingredients:

500g of mushrooms
2 tablespoons of flour
2 eggs
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
salt
frying oil

Procedure:

Clean the mushrooms, wipe them and cut into thicker slices (the larger mushrooms are best suited). Then we salt them. When lightly moistened, we wrap them in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry them in the warmed oil as golden slices.
