Boiled beef with horseradish sauce

Ingredients:

400g of beef
40g butter
60 g of plain flour
1/4 l of sour cream
lemon
horseradish
salt
sugar

Procedure:

Wash the beef and cook in salted hot water so that the flavorings do not leak. Let’s cook for a while. From butter and flour we prepare a light shade, pour it with meat and let it boil. Finally, make the sauce soaked with sour cream, add finely chopped horseradish, season with lemon juice, add and season according to taste. Served with dumplings.
